The Bucci family have been farmers in the Castelli di Jesi area as far back as the 1700s. Everything about their estate shouts heritage steeped in passion and history.
Their 45+ year old vines with low yields produce wines with incredible intensity. The winemaker at Villa Bucci is the legendary enologist Giorgio Grai, who has been there for more than 30 years. Giorgio is renowned for his complex wines that age brilliantly.
The wines show intense, complex & persistent bouquet of apricot compôte and spice, with aromas of honey, beeswax, minerals and flint stone. Full bodied and with great depth, the wines finish with hints of honey & nuts.
The Villa Bucci Verdicchio is widely considered the finest expressions of the Verdicchio grape on the market.
