The Azienda Agricola Le Colture farming business dates back to the 1500s and has always been run by the same family. Cesare and Renato Ruggeri are the current custodians of this extraordinary wealth of experience made up of great and small production secrets. The 45 hectares of directly owned land under vine - uncommon in the Prosecco area and a peculiar feature of Le Colture - are not all adjacent to the winery but are distributed in different parts of the Valdobbiadene and Conegliano area; this enables different wines to be produced with specific characteristics originating from the highly particular soil and climate conditions.

Le Colture is one of the best producers of Prosecco Superiore. The wine is soft and layered with pretty nuances of peach, white flower and fresh tangerine. You’ll love those drying mineral notes at the end that contrast this sparkler’s natural sweetness.
