Costaripa - BRUT Rosé s.a. Metodo Classico
Made using Chardonnay and extremely soft pressed Pinot Nero grapes harvested in Lake Garda and Iseo areas, which 35% of the musts are fermented in small oak barrels. It presents a fabulous white foam with a persistent perlage and fine bubbles (a sign of good ageing). Due to its ageing its pale rose colour when young can, over time, turn towards a classic onion skin colour. The bouquet remains untampered with intense and ample fruit aromas together with hints of vanilla and currants. Elegant and harmonious, this Brut is bold and structured with excellent fragrance, freshness and flavour.
