A very good Sicilian dessert wine made from biologically grown Moscato grapes, some 200 meters above sea level. The result is a golden yellow wine with a sweet nose of candied apricots, nutmeg and some iodine. On the palate the sweetness is really delicious without being sticky or syrupy. It’s nicely balanced and soft and delivers a long finish with some mineral hints. Great after dinner wine! Certainly if you have some biscotti at hand, to dip them in.
